Peter Guerrero is one of the founding partners of Roush McCracken Guerrero LLP. He is a 1972 graduate of Indiana University and has practiced law in Phoenix, Arizona, since that time. He is a member of the Indiana and Arizona State Bar Associations. Mr. Guerrero has been certified as a personal injury and wrongful death specialist by the State Bar of Arizona. Mr Guerrero is a recognized Fellow with the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers. He has also been recognized for his outstanding trial advocacy skills by being listed as one of the Best Lawyers in America (2010) and The American Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 Trial Lawyers. Since he started practicing law in 1972, he has represented only plaintiffs in personal injury/wrongful death matters and now confines his practice to catastrophic personal injury/wrongful death cases. These cases include medical malpractice litigation where Mr. Guerrero has developed a special interest and expertise in cases involving birth injury and/or pediatric issues.
Because both of his parents were Mexican immigrants, and because he speaks Spanish, Mr. Guerrero’s clientele, by choice, is almost exclusively Hispanic. Over the years, he has taken pride in representing members of Arizona’s Hispanic community who have traditionally been under- represented in the justice system. He has obtained many multi-million dollar settlements and jury verdicts for his clients who have been catastrophically injured and takes pride in the fact that he has been able to provide comfort and financial support to ease the suffering of his clients.
